Heaters

At All Seasons we offer a range of heaters from basic, direct propane heaters to heat a tiny 10ft x 10ft structure to massive 70Kw indirect heaters capable of heating a 100ft lined marquee in winter. Snug, safe and warm.Heaters for marquees are either "Direct', where the products of combustion, burnt propane or diesel, vent directly into the space being heated. Or "Indirect' where the products of combustion are vented outside the structure into the atmosphere via a smoke stack.

Indirect Heating:

Indirect heaters are generally much bigger, more powerful and burn diesel. The picture above is a typical 30Kw diesel heater and shows the venting stack and attached to the front cone would be a warm air duct. The duct supplies warm, fresh air into the roof space of the structure which then finds its level until it activates a thermostat which is located at a convenient point inside and controlled by the customer. The heater will kick in and out as the interior temperature fluctuates. We supply both 30Kw and 70Kw indirect heaters.

Direct Heating:

We have a range of smaller propane heaters from 5Kw to 20Kw for smaller spaces. These are not thermostatically controlled but they do have thermal cut-outs in case the flame should go out. They are easy to use, efficient and affordable. Perfect for unlined structures of 400sq ft and smaller.

If it is just outdoor heaters you need then why not call All Seasons Marquees

❝ As one of the largest Wedding Fayre Organisers on the South Coast, we require various size and shape marquee structures to accommodate some of our wedding events, at prestigious wedding venues. These can be anything from 40ft up to 120ft with specification being important, as well as contributing factors such as solid flooring and electrical supply points throughout. We've worked with All Season's Marquees now for some years as they are very knowledgeable, reliable, confident and personable. Our relationship is now at a point that we barely have to discuss matters in detail, as they know precisely what's required and construct the marquee(s) with great attention to detail, care and consideration to the surroundings they are within. Some locations are a challenge as not all land is level, but they have the expertise to tackle such issues. Personally, we wouldn't look elsewhere for our Marquees as all elements, including price, are more than satisfactory. We look forward t   ❞

Our Marquee FAQs

Here are some of our Frequently Asked Questions, if you have any more then don't hesitate to call on 01425 655 664 or email us on info@allseasonsmarquees.com:

How long is the marquee normally up for?

Your marquee can be up for however long you want, depending on availability. Normally a wedding marquee is up from around Wednesday or Thursday to Monday. Charges apply for longer rentals..

When do you build and remove the marquee?

In the summer months we try to organise our staffing and marquees to suit the customer, however this can be tricky when we have three weddings in one week. If you request your build and removal dates early then we will do everything we can to fit in with your dates. We tend to build Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and remove on Monday and Tuesday. If you need the marquee to be removed or built on a weekend then let us know and we will try to accommodate this however we charge an additional weekend work fee.

What flooring can I have?

We supply Dandy Dura polypropylene matting in either sky blue or neutral-fleck, this is professional event matting - always clean and odourless. Alternatively we supply wooden suspended flooring with carpet over.  On occasions we have built marquees where downpours on waterlogged ground have created puddles in the marquee, please ensure that you speak to your landowner about their knowledge of any waterlogged areas and let us know so we can try and prevent it (especially wedding venues who use the same area for marquees as the ground can get compacted from guests and cause drainage issues) We also offer new and used carpet laid on grass with a polythene underlay.

You supply cream lining, can I have white or a different colour?

We can hire in different linings for your day. Coloured swags and linings come in many colours . Let us know if you would like a colour swatch sent.

What insurance do you have and do I need?

We have third party liability insurance as standard. However, when the marquee is in your hands its up to you to keep it, and the equipment, safe. You can obtain Event insurance to cover your event and the marquee and its equipment for around £100. Let us know if you would like more information.

Can I have a marquee in the winter?

All Seasons Marquees - we build year-round. With the addition of powerful heaters, insulating lining and suspended flooring, our winter marquees are warm and dry.

Do you have a delivery charge?

We offer free delivery within a 10 mile radius, after that £1 per mile.

Can I rent just lining or flooring?

Yes, of course, you can hire anything from us if it is available for your date. Please refer to our "Equipment Hire" page.

What can I do if you don't supply something I would like?

We regularly work with other marquee and hire companies to ensure that our customers have everything they could possibly want. Just ask - we won't bite :)

When do I pay?

We require 25% deposit and a signed booking form within 1 week of the invoice and the balance within 3 working days of the event. If the booking form is not signed within a week of invoicing then the marquees availability will not be guaranteed but we will inform you of this.

Can I change my mind about the marquee size after paying my deposit?

You can change almost anything you want, within reason, up until the week of the event. Subject to availability. We do not make a penalty charge for minor changes. If you decide to radically reduce your order there would be a charge commensurate with the booking loss suffered by us.

What are the rules when hiring a marquee?

Full terms and conditions that will be sent with your invoice. Please read these carefully. One of our big NO-NOs is sticky tape on the marquees (it sticks forever and ruins our walls). Also no smoking in the marquees under any circumstances.

I have an uneven lawn, will the marquee fit?

We will do everything we can to offer you a stable and comfortable marquee. Really uneven surfaces may require suspended flooring at an extra cost- it looks stunning though!

What if I want to put the marquee on hard standing (not grass)?

If you require a marquee on hard standing we supply Water weights. These hold a tonne of water each and keep the marquee in place! This will cost you around £100.00 extra but less/more depending on location and size of the marquee.

What if something happens to the marquee whilst it is in my possession?

If damage is caused by you or your guests then any replacements or damage are chargeable to you. When signing the booking form you are agreeing to our T&Cs.  Any damaged caused by our build failures are our responsibility. You must notify us immediately if you notice anything you believe is not as it should be with your marquee. We will endeavour to rectify this ASAP.
